This is a full-time position with flexibility for remote working and local patch-based surveying.

Undertaking RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys Inspecting residential properties and assessing condition, defects, and risks Working closely with clients and other property professionals AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualified surveyors Strong recent experience in Building Pathology Sound knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards Confident use of surveying tools and reporting software Full UK driving licence Permanent salaried employment Bonus scheme Flexible working arrangements Expanding surveyor patches as the business grows Supportive, professional working culture Long-term career progression within a growing company

Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year
