UK General Manager

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 plus commission

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead their UK team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a track record of success in the telecommunications industry, with connections and relationships across major telco providers.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team as well as leading the UK business from an operational standpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership:
• Lead and inspire a team of talented sales professionals.
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Management:

• Market Analysis:
