Valuation Surveyor

Having an enviable reputation within the market for providing a professional and personal service, this practice has an established and loyal client base throughout the UK, ranging from large scale portfolios for key organisations as well as smaller companies and individuals with single assets.

With a supportive team around you, your role will include working closely with senior members of the department, supporting the team in carrying out property inspections, completing valuation reports of a high calibre and to clients’ timescales, with a focus on combining experience and local knowledge to achieve a first-class service, whilst helping the team to achieve the wider goals and targets.

This role truly gives the individual terrific exposure as a recently qualified surveyor or a Graduate Surveyor who is near completion of the APC.

As the successful Valuation Surveyor, you will have/be,

• MRICS; - or near completion of the APC.
• IT literate including competence in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Personable and presentable.
• Ambition combined with an ability to learn and develop a successful career within a changing economic environment.
• Commercial awareness.
• Ideally a working knowledge of valuation software packages.

In return my client can offer a highly negotiable salary of up to c£40,000 DOE plus car allowance, whilst also offering a clear path for career progression.
