Recruitment Professionals is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our education recruitment branch in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring all recruitment targets are met.
• Lead, motivate, and support a small team of recruitment consultants.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and candidates.
• Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality service.
• Drive business development activities and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Achieve personal and team billing targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in education recruitment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A solid billing background with the ability to drive revenue.
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a car for client visits.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach to building relationships.
• A desire to lead and grow a team in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
