XOCEAN is an ocean data company delivering high-quality survey data across global offshore markets. Using our fleet of Uncrewed Surface Vessels (USVs), we provide safer, lower-carbon and more efficient solutions for clients operating in subsea telecoms, offshore energy, environmental monitoring and hydrography.
The Bids & Tenders Manager is responsible for managing the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and tenders for XOCEAN’s USV survey services across all regions and market sectors.
This role leads the coordination of bid responses from opportunity qualification through to final submission and handover, ensuring proposals are compelling, compliant and delivered to deadline. The Bids & Tenders Manager works closely with colleagues across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal and Project Delivery to present clear, competitive and customer-focused proposals.
