About the Role

You’ll enhance delivery of complex projects through high‑standard project planning. You’ll devise strategies, translate knowledge into a logic‑linked plan, analyse it using planning software and use it to help teams prioritise.

Top Five Responsibilities

• Own the plan: Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure the project is working to it effectively; mitigate delays commercially.
• Own the outcome: Ensure the project team’s understanding and focus on the plan.
• Report and inform: Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels.
• Make scalable solutions: Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools with the team.
• Develop everyone: Maximise development of your team personally and professionally and educate our clients.

Core Qualifications

• Construction engineering background: at least 2+ years on construction projects.
• Communication skills: proficient in written and verbal English; charisma and influence to get construction people to adopt new approaches.
• Leadership capabilities: lead yourself and others by asking right questions and challenging them.
• Impact: track record of making projects and organisations better through scalable, repeatable solutions with significant positive impact.
