Senior Fullstack Developer

Job Details

• 6-month initial contract with a high potential for extension.
• Fully remote opportunity within the UK, with any ad-hoc travel expenses covered.
• Day Rate : Up to £350 per day (Inside IR35)
• Essential Requirement : Candidates must hold active SC Clearance.

The Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of a critical, high-scale digital service. Leveraging your expertise across the full technology stack, you will build robust solutions that meet stringent standards for security, performance, and reliability.

Key Expertise Required

• Frontend & Languages : Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML, with a deep understanding of responsive UI patterns and web standards.
• Backend & APIs : Strong experience with Node.js and Spring Boot microservices, RESTful API design, and containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) .
• Integration & Data : Demonstrable skill in event-driven design using Kafka and integration with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB / DocumentDB .
• Security : A proven track record of embedding security into the development lifecycle, with experience in IDAM / SSO, RBAC, SSL / TLS, and key management .
• Cloud & DevOps : Hands-on experience with AWS cloud operability (telemetry, logging) and a strong discipline for CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and Git best practices.
