We need a Lead Engineer — someone who can scale a prototype into a product that redefines an industry.

🧩 The Role

• You’ll be the engineering brain and builder-in-chief behind Una’s product.
• You’ll own the architecture across web and mobile (React + React Native + Cross-Platform), backend (Python, AWS CDK / Cognito / Lambda), and help shape how AI, behavioural science, and data come together into a seamless experience for women.
• You’ll collaborate daily with the founders, UX, and product to turn concept into clarity — and code into culture.

🎯 You will

• Lead the end-to-end development of Una’s app and platform (mobile + web).
• Architect a scalable, secure backend using AWS (CDK, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Cognito).
• Build, release, and iterate fast — first on WebApp and TestFlight, then to the App Store.
• Translate behavioural science and cycle data into intuitive, impactful user experiences.
• Work directly with the founding team to define priorities, not just deliver tickets.
• Set technical standards and mentor junior engineers as the team scales.
