As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to design and deliver cutting-edge digital experiences that make a real impact on both users and business growth. This role goes beyond just design—it's about mentoring the next generation of designers, shaping creative processes, and working alongside a passionate team to elevate client experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the way: Own the UX/UI design process for eCommerce projects. Grow the team: Mentor junior designers and elevate design standards. Create impact: Design solutions that drive engagement, retention, and conversions. Collaborate: Work closely with developers, marketers, and strategists for seamless shopping experiences. Prototype excellence: Transform ideas into high-fidelity Figma prototypes.

Design assets: Create stunning visuals with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects). Optimise designs: Conduct UX research to refine designs and improve user flows. Stay innovative: Keep up with eCommerce trends and drive creative solutions. Client interaction: Present designs confidently and adapt based on feedback.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 5+ years in UX/UI design, especially eCommerce or Shopify projects.

Skills

• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects). Portfolio: Showcase of innovative, user-centred design work.
• UX expertise: Strong grasp of UX principles, conversion optimisation, and user psychology.
• Creative & data-driven: Blend of creativity and evidence-based design thinking.
