I'm currently working on behalf of a well-established specialist recruitment consultancy that has built an outstanding reputation within the Built Environment and Building Control sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Liverpool city centre office.

This is an excellent opportunity to inherit a warm desk with established client relationships, live vacancies and an active candidate database, allowing you to start billing from day one.

The business has developed a strong reputation within its niche market and offers an excellent platform for recruiters looking to build a long-term career with genuine progression into senior leadership.

The Opportunity

You'll recruit professionals across the Built Environment, working with an established portfolio of clients while developing new business opportunities within your specialist market.

About You

To be considered, you'll have

• Previous recruitment experience within the Built Environment sector.
• Experience recruiting into areas such as Construction, Building Control, Civil Engineering, Property, Architecture, Surveying or Building Services.
• A strong track record of developing client relationships and generating revenue.
• Excellent communication and business development skills.
• A professional, ambitious and consultative approach.

Salary & Benefits

• £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary.
• Uncapped monthly commission of up to 30%.
