Senior/Project Architect - Merseyside

We’re seeking a talented Senior Architect to join a successful practice, working across a diverse mix of commercial and residential projects in the North West. With an expanding portfolio they are looking to strengthen the team with a capable and self-sufficient Senior Architect. The Role

• Lead projects through all RIBA stages (0-7)
• Produce detailed technical drawings and coordinate design information, using ArchiCAD.
• Prepare and manage planning submissions
• Coordinate inputs from consultants.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and local authority bodies.
• Ensure full compliance with council procedures, tender requirements, and reporting standards.
• Offer support to junior members of the team when required.

The Person

• ARB and RIBA‑registered Architect with 5+ years post‑qualification experience.
• A proven track record delivering both commercial and residential projects.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Proficient in CAD software - ArchiCAD preferred.
• Strong technical skills with a delivery focused approach
• Strong communicator and can work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Must have full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)

Salary: GBP 42000 - 60000 per year
