Junior Project Manager (Pharma Control Systems)

We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager with 4–5 years of experience in implementing control systems in pharma manufacturing environments.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of a PLC-based temperature, pressure, and humidity monitoring system
• Deliver projects on time and within budget using Agile methodologies
• Manage senior stakeholders and ensure clear, professional communication
• Coordinate hybrid teams across onsite and remote locations

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with MES, DSC, and PLCs
• Solid understanding of system validation in pharma manufacturing
• Proven track record in Agile project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
