As a part of a collaborative team, you'll be leading the execution, management, and refinement of SEO strategies across a diverse range of projects. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for technical audits, strategy development, keyword analysis, site optimisation and performance reporting. You’ll support the mentoring of junior team members and contribute to department growth initiatives to enhance service delivery and scale the SEO and technical division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on the planning, delivery, and optimisation of SEO strategies across multiple client accounts.
• Execute technical SEO audits and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Work towards improving organic performance and maximising ROI.
• Identify and monitor key SEO KPIs, producing regular performance reports.
• Mentor and support the training and development of junior team members.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, offering practical solutions to maintain and improve SEO health.
• Collaborate with development, content and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Keep pace with the latest trends, updates and innovations in SEO and wider digital marketing.

Essentials

• Solid agency SEO experience with a proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong technical foundation, with hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Confident with research methodologies, data analysis, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong numeracy and analytical ability.
• Proactive self-starter with a genuine curiosity and appetite for growth.
