Product Owner

About the Role

We're building a platform that makes mobile and electronics repair services simple, transparent, and reliable — connecting customers with technicians across on-site, in-store, and courier-based service channels. Our ecosystem includes a customer-facing app, an internal back-office management system, and a technician app.

We're looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to act as the key link between the business line owner and the broader product team. This role translates business vision, priorities, and requirements into clear, structured product specifications — and ensures the product team stays aligned with business goals throughout execution.

You won't be managing engineers day-to-day; instead, you'll be the person who makes sure the right things get built, for the right reasons, by shaping direction at the product level.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary bridge between the business line owner and the product management team, translating business goals and priorities into clear product direction
• Own the product roadmap for your area(s) of responsibility, balancing business priorities, user needs, and operational realities
• Translate business requirements and operational workflows into detailed PRDs, epics, and user stories for the product team to execute
• Break down complex operational processes (e.g. service handover, technician dispatch, order lifecycle) into clear, actionable specifications
• Prioritize the backlog based on business impact and communicate priorities clearly to the product team
• Define and track key product metrics; use data and feedback to guide prioritization and iteration
• Represent business requirements in product planning discussions, and represent product team progress/constraints back to the business line owner
• Conduct user research and gather feedback from customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the product
• Monitor competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement or differentiation

What We're Looking For

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a closely related role
• Proven experience writing clear, detailed PRDs and user stories (not just high-level feature descriptions)
• Strong business acumen, able to understand business priorities and translate them into product strategy
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align business stakeholders and product teams who speak different "languages"Ability to break down complex, multi-step operational workflows into structured, implementable specifications
• Comfortable working with data, able to define metrics, interpret analytics, and make data-informed decisions
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar product/design collaboration tools
• Strong ownership mentality and independence, comfortable operating as the connective tissue between business strategy and product execution
• Nice to Have
• Experience with marketplace, on-demand service, or logistics/dispatch platforms
• Background in B2C product management
• Familiarity with the repair/service industry or similar operational businesses
