Permanent Position

Downtown Montreal (Hybrid)

Salary: $90,000 to $115,000 + bonus

Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will include

• Full Cycle & Allocation Modeling: Participate in the full financial cycle (calculations, validations, follow-ups) and update revenue sharing and tax allocation models.
• Tax Support & Compliance: Prepare tax slips/statements and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations (partnership structure context).
• Financial Analysis: Produce and analyze performance reports (revenues, productivity, work in progress/WIP, billing, and collections).
• Internal Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact to address financial information requests from partners.

Qualifications

For this Senior Financial Analyst role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Education & Designation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or CPA designation; a CPA is a strong asset.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in an audit firm and/or professional services.
• Core Skills: Hands-on experience in corporate accounting and tax.
• Soft Skills: A true team player who is detail-oriented and naturally curious.
• Language Skills: Fluent in French with professional proficiency in English required (English is essential, as the role involves close collaboration with subsidiaries outside of Quebec).
