Performance Marketing Manager

What is it like to be a Performance Marketing Manager at IMAGEMOTION? Responsibilities

• Lead client management and communication on selected agency accounts.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Participate in development of an integrated digital marketing strategy aligning digital acquisition with the brand’s objectives and ensuring consistency across both paid and organic digital channels.
• Oversee Digital Ads & Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads and achieving targeted ROAS, CAC, and subscriber growth.
• Acquisition Strategy: Provide a strategic roadmap to scale customer acquisition with creative testing, audience segmentation, advanced targeting strategies.
• Shopify Data Analysis: Oversee and Analyze the Shopify ecommerce platform data to optimize KPI’s across digital and performance campaigns driving traffic to the website.
• Leverage advanced analytics, A/B testing, and attribution models to optimize campaigns, improve funnel performance to impact growth.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and messaging that resonates with target audiences, improving engagement and conversions.
• Cross-Channel Integration: Partner with email, organic social, and lifecycle marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey across all touchpoints.
• Data Reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experienced in Google Adwords ( Search & Display & PMax )
• Experienced Paid Social (Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest etc.)
• Google Ads Certified or Facebook Certifications are a plus value.
• Experience working on cross-functional digital marketing campaigns
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Experience in Shopify E-Commerce analytics.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Have a thorough knowledge of Klaviyo Email Marketing platform.
• Be a great presenter.
• Have a marketing and business mindset.
• Be results-oriented, resourceful, responsible and autonomous.
