Working at the intersection of technology and business, you will collaborate with stakeholders, Data Engineers, Architects, and Analytics leaders to deliver enterprise-grade reporting solutions while promoting a culture of self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As the Power BI Developer, you will own the full lifecycle of enterprise reporting solutions, from gathering business requirements through deployment and continuous optimization.

Your responsibilities will include

• Partnering directly with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, KPIs, and reporting needs.
• Designing and developing high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable business insights.
• Building scalable and high-performing semantic models optimized for enterprise reporting.
• Developing advanced DAX calculations and Power Query transformations.
• Consuming curated Microsoft Fabric and Lakehouse data assets while collaborating closely with Data Engineering teams.
• Optimizing report performance through efficient data modeling, query tuning, and visualization best practices.
• Ensuring data accuracy, governance, and consistency across enterprise reporting environments.
• Supporting production issues and continuously improving reporting performance.
• Promoting Power BI best practices and mentoring business users in self-service analytics.
• Documenting business rules, report logic, and data definitions to ensure transparency and long-term maintainability.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for professionals who combine strong technical expertise with excellent business acumen.

The ideal candidate will bring

• 3+ years of experience developing enterprise Power BI solutions.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI development, DAX, Power Query (M), and semantic modeling.
• Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling (Kimball/Star Schema).
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and modern Azure analytics technologies.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience working within enterprise BI governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Additional experience with the following would be considered an asset:

• Tabular Editor
• DAX Studio
• Power BI Service Administration
• Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security
• Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and SQL Endpoints
• GitHub / DevOps deployment practices
• SAP data and reporting environments
