Duties

• Greet showroom visitors warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of our fashion collections
• Assist clients with selecting merchandise that aligns with their business requirements and style preferences
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
• Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Maintain organized merchandising displays that reflect current trends and brand standards
• Provide detailed product information and technical specifications to support clients’ purchasing decisions
• Follow up with clients post-visit to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure stock levels meet showroom demand
• Utilize technology tools effectively for order processing, inventory management, and customer records
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from prospective clients

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Proven experience in retail sales, especially within the fashion or apparel industry
• Strong technical sales skills with the ability to conduct compelling product demos
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances communication with international clients
