Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Pipeline Management: Track and maintain all sales activities and deals
• Virtual Demos & Webinars: Host Zoom product demonstrations, training sessions, and client seminars.
• Relationship Building: Connect with real estate brokerages, agents, and boards to drive acquisition.
• Cross-Team Alignment: Partner with marketing and customer success teams to boost client retention.
• Industry Engagement: Stay sharp on real estate compliance trends and attend key industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years Sales Experience: Proven track record in SaaS, tech, software, or professional services.
• CRM & Virtual Tech Proficiency: Direct experience with Go High Level CRM, Zoom, and Microsoft 365.
• Public Speaking & Demos: Confident presenting, leading webinars, and conducting live online product demos.
• Remote-Ready Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills with the self-motivation to work independently.
• Real Estate/PropTech Asset: Knowledge of real estate, compliance, or existing industry contacts (preferred, not required).
