Responsibilities

As an international financial controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing month-end close and financial statements for North American subsidiaries.
• Reviewing financial reports from international subsidiaries and supporting financial leaders in foreign offices on all accounting and financial matters.
• Managing the financial consolidation process for North america perimeter.
• Assisting with the integration of acquired companies.
• Optimizing existing accounting and financial processes.
• Participating in various special projects and group mandates.

Qualifications

For this role of Internation financial controller, we are looking for a person with the following qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience, including supervisory experience within an international corporate environment. Prior experience in a public accounting firm is a strong asset.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA) is a major asset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Francophone with fluent English proficiency, as the role involves managing international teams.
