The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to support and enhance our NetSuite environment. The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders to analyse requirements, design scalable NetSuite solutions, optimise business processes, and lead the successful delivery of functional enhancements and projects across the NetSuite platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather and document requirements, and analyse existing processes to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
• Design scalable end-to-end business processes and NetSuite solutions that align with business objectives and platform best practices.
• Lead the functional workstream throughout the project lifecycle, managing stakeholder expectations and providing trusted functional advice from discovery through to deployment and hypercare.
• Configure NetSuite functionality, including custom fields, custom records, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports and forms to deliver business requirements.
• Collaborate with NetSuite Developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, reviewing developments to ensure functional requirements are met.
• Produce detailed functional specifications, solution design documentation and functional designs for enhancements, workflows, reports, dashboards and integrations.
• Develop and coordinate system testing, regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through enhanced use of NetSuite functionality and recommend strategic system enhancements.
• Develop and deliver end-user training, supporting user adoption and business readiness for new functionality.
• Ensure compliance with NetSuite best practices, governance standards and industry standards.

About you - what we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementations or functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules and business process design.
• Experience with P2P, O2C and R2R processes.
• Comfortable in creating and testing processes, documentation development and end-user training.
• The ability to collate and report on large sets of data in a methodical and clear manner.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger and reporting.
• A combined skillset of technical, business and financial capabilities.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions, locations and seniority.
• The ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Confident in troubleshooting and resolving ad hoc issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
