What Will You Do?

• Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics
• Support and enhance the company's digital eCommerce initiatives
• Analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights
• Track KPIs, customer engagement metrics, and conversion performance
• Collaborate with Brand Managers to execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Assist with website content, promotions, and digital marketing projects
• Identify opportunities to improve digital customer experience and online sales performance
• Develop reports and recommendations to support business growth objectives

What Do You Bring?

• 3-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
• Experience supporting digital eCommerce platforms and initiatives
• Background working with companies that have multiple product lines, brands, or business divisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• English fluency required; French language skills are considered a strong asset
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for digital marketing
