Working with the Tax Managers and Partners in our Global Mobility Services Practice, you will provide compliance-related Canadian and American tax services. You will have the opportunity to work with the partner in charge and senior management to provide cutting-edge tax services to our many clients. You will be responsible for a variety of technical, administrative, and support functions.

What you will do

• Prepare personal Canadian/US tax returns for individuals with international income sources
• Maintaining client files to ensure accurate and timely completion of returns and schedules
• Follow up on notices of assessment with clients
• Providing support to team members in related tasks
• Tax research
• Work with AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline tasks

What you bring to the role

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a public accounting firm
• Bachelor in Accounting, Business diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in Canadian and/or US personal Tax preparation
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office – Excel experience is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing effective interaction with client and team
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Proficiency in French and English is required for this role to ensure effective communication with English-speaking clients and ongoing collaboration with teams located outside of Quebec.

What we offer

The expected base salary for this position is $78,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
