The Role

Working directly with our Executive Creative Director and VP, Creative Operations, you'll help transform ideas into visually compelling experiences that people want to engage with and share.

From experiential activations built for content to social-first campaigns, creator ecosystems and entertainment properties, you'll play a key role in shaping the creative vision from the earliest concept through production and final delivery.

You'll help develop concepts, define visual worlds, build compelling presentations, and ensure every creative idea is executed with exceptional craft. Whether it's art directing an international shoot, creating AI-powered concept boards, or guiding post-production, you'll bring ideas to life with a strong point of view and an instinct for culture.

This role is equal parts concept thinker, visual storyteller and hands-on creative leader.

What You'll Do

• Develop creative concepts and visual territories for global brands.
• Art direct content-first campaigns, branded content, creator programs and experiential activations.
• Build concept decks, mood boards and visually compelling presentations that inspire clients and production teams alike.
• Use AI tools to rapidly explore ideas, create concept boards and accelerate creative development.
• Lead the visual direction of photo and video shoots from pre-production through execution.
• Direct photographers, cinematographers, creators, stylists, talent and production partners on set.
• Partner closely with editors, motion designers and retouchers throughout post-production.
• Stay ahead of emerging social platforms, visual trends, creators and cultural movements.
• Translate strategic thinking into compelling visual storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, producers, creative directors and account teams.
• Present work confidently to internal teams and global clients.
• Travel internationally at least once per quarter for productions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Content Art Director.
• Strong experience creating social-first and content-first creative.
• Experience developing concepts from idea through production.
• Experience art directing photo and video shoots.
• Strong understanding of production and post-production workflows.
• Outstanding design skills with a refined eye for typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, creator culture and emerging content platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Gemini, Firefly, ChatGPT and other creative AI platforms.
• Experience building client-facing presentations and creative decks.
• Excellent communication skills in English. French is an asset.
• Based in Montreal.
