Pharmacy Systems Implementation Specialist – Kroll Deployment

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Pharmaprix pharmacy teams in Quebec as they transition to the Kroll pharmacy management system. You will provide hands-on implementation support, training, and validation activities to ensure each pharmacy is fully operational on the new system.

You will work closely with pharmacy teams, operations leaders, and technical support teams to ensure a smooth and successful system launch at each location.

What You’ll Do

• Provide on-site or remote support and training to pharmacy teams during the transition to the Kroll pharmacy management system
• Assist Pharmaprix locations in preparing for system conversion and go-live readiness
• Validate that all operational and technical requirements are completed prior to launching the Kroll system in store
• Support pharmacy staff in adopting new workflows and system processes
• Identify opportunities to improve system adoption and operational efficiency
• Liaise with pharmacy support teams, IT, operations leaders, and corporate stakeholders throughout the implementation process
• Document and report technical issues or operational challenges encountered during deployment
• Ensure pharmacies are fully functional and confident using the new system at launch

What You Bring

• Experience working in retail pharmacy environments, preferably in Pharmaprix or Shoppers Drug Mart locations
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, with experience in Kroll and AssystRx considered strong assets.
• Strong ability to train and support pharmacy staff during system transition
• Ability to travel frequently across Quebec to support store implementations ( ~ 80% travel)[M(1] [LS2]
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules depending on store conversion timelines
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when documenting processes and implementation activities
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced rollout environment
