Under the authority of the restaurant manager

and his assistant, the waiter must know the details of the menu and share his

expertise with customers. He offers a warm welcome, a careful presentation of

Main tasks

Greet customers and provide prompt service at tables.

Take customer orders by making recommendations and answering their

questions.

Serve food and drinks to customers with recommendations.

Share your menu knowledge to answer questions and special customer

requests.

Know perfectly all the dishes of the menu, the garnishes, the contents

and the method of preparation.

Enter transactions into the system (POS) error-free and in a timely

manner.

Clear tables, perform fence duties and replace cutlery and other

supplies.

Collaborate in the cleanliness, maintenance and maintain of the

professional image of the hotel.

Be vigilant and attentive to customer requests on food allergies and

intolerances and ensure that the information is specified in the kitchen.

Follow hotel procedures, standards.
