Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Driver role based in Montreal, QC. The Warehouse Driver will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to pick up and deliver event equipment and materials between the warehouse, client sites, and other locations.
Daily tasks include loading and unloading trucks, assisting with shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring items are properly packed, labeled, and organized in the warehouse. The role involves coordinating with warehouse staff and event teams to meet delivery schedules, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic safety checks, and following all company procedures and safety guidelines.
The Warehouse Driver will also communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to support smooth logistics for events and projects.
Candidates should possess strong Unloading and Packing skills to safely handle and organize event equipment and materials.
Candidates should possess experience in Shipping & Receiving to manage incoming and outgoing orders, verify documentation, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and other basic material handling abilities to move and store heavy items efficiently and safely.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and event teams and to support a collaborative work environment.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial vehicles or delivery trucks is an asset.
Ability to lift and move equipment regularly, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality, with the ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures.
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or event production is an advantage; bilingual English/French skills are beneficial in Montreal.
