Why you matter: Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the

Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the operational

activities of reception, reservations, doormen/valet service and housekeeping,

in order to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Your responsibilities

1. Supervision and management of operations

• Coordinate

arrivals, departures and special guest requests.

• Work

closely with frontline teams and housekeeping and all other departments to

ensure smooth operations.

• Review

and validate bookings and invoices for groups and congresses.

• Conduct

regular inspection rounds to ensure cleanliness, quality and compliance of

spaces.

• Produce

and verify the daily reports of the department.

2. Personnel Management

• Coach,

motivate and supervise receptionists, janitors, valets, doormen and

maintenance workers.

• Participate

in the hiring, training, integration and performance evaluation of staff.

• Develop

schedules based on traffic and operational needs.

• Apply

and enforce Hilton’s policies, procedures and standards.

3. Management of financial and material resources

• Assist

management in the preparation and monitoring of the budget.

• Oversee

inventory management (equipment, supplies, uniforms).

• Place

the necessary orders and control the costs related to the operations.

4. Customer Service

• To

ensure a professional and warm welcome, faithful to Hilton’s standards.

• Respond

to customer needs with efficiency and empathy.

• Proactively

handle complaints or sensitive situations and follow up with clients.

• Maintain

a high level of customer satisfaction by collecting and analyzing

feedback.
