The Director of Operations is responsible for the full operational leadership of a high-volume, warehouse and sorting operation employing approximately 750 employees. This role will drive cost-per-unit performance, productivity, labour efficiency, and operational consistency, while ensuring safety, compliance, and service delivery standards are achieved.
The Director of Operations will lead all aspects of execution, including workforce performance in a unit-based pay environment, and will be accountable for optimizing throughput, controlling labour costs, and scaling operations in line with business growth.
