Evaluator / Estimator (Bilingual French/English)

Groupe Ricci is a well-established leader with more than 55 years of experience providing specialized industrial, commercial, and residential cleaning, sandblasting, decontamination, disaster recovery, dry ice cleaning, steam cleaning, and vacuum truck services throughout Quebec.

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development & Estimator to help expand our client base and secure new contracts in both the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Search and monitor public tenders, RFPs, and private contract opportunities.
• Develop relationships with property managers, industrial facilities, general contractors, municipalities, and commercial clients.
• Conduct site visits and evaluate project requirements.
• Prepare estimates, quotations, and service proposals.
• Follow up on submitted bids and negotiate contracts when required.
• Maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure project requirements are properly understood and priced.
• Represent Groupe Ricci at client meetings, networking events, and job sites.

Requirements

• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in estimating, business development, project management, construction, industrial services, restoration, cleaning, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read project specifications and evaluate job requirements.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites throughout the Greater Montreal area when required.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
