Junior Project Manager - Mascouche

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for the construction site located in Mascouche. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale project comprising two buildings totaling nearly 600 units, built from the ground up (from start to finish) using a high-rise construction model.

In a context of strong growth in real estate development and construction activities, we are looking to strengthen our project team in Mascouche by adding a junior profile. This role aims to support the existing team while allowing the candidate to develop their skills in managing complex and strategic projects.

Reporting directly to the senior project manager, the individual will actively participate in the coordination and supervision of the work, as well as in certain stages of the initial development phases. Plan, establish and organize timelines and budgets

• Possess a solid foundation in comparable sales estimation methods
• Provide direction to the various collaborators
• Coordinate resources and supervise a team of several project managers
• Ensure that project deadlines are met
• Ensure quality control of operations
• Ensure that the budgets of ongoing projects are respected
• Provide regular follow-up to the Vice President of Development and Construction
• Participate in the hiring of future employees
• Ensure the full implementation of the various projects
• Commit to recognizing and managing risks in real estate development projects Hold a degree in engineering or architecture or an equivalent combination with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the construction of multi-residential real estate projects
• Experience working for a general contractor
• Possess good technical knowledge of construction methods
• Possess excellent skills in turnkey project development
• Be able to provide impeccable project progress and cost reports to various stakeholders
• LEED certification (an asset)
• Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (an asset) Good communication
