Sound like fun? We are seeking an individual for our Sales and Marketing Team who is energized by an exciting and creative workplace, wherein ideas, designs, and projects are in constant motion. We are looking for a team member who can provide support to our marketing and sales department, who is positive, motivated, driven and demonstrates the desire to work within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Ensure sales pipeline is kept up to date
• Assist with quote preparation and customer follow-ups
• Research potential prospects and gather data for marketing campaigns
• Prepare and organize databases, spreadsheets and reports as needed
• Manage customer inquiries and replies across all channels (email, chat, social)
• Analyze data for sales and marketing presentations
• Manage team calendar and appointments
• Schedule virtual and in person meetings
• Take notes and transcribe meetings
• Prepare samples to ship to prospective clients
• Monitor Google Analytics and Google Ads for optimizations, recommendations, and performance including monthly reporting of key metrics
• Assist in copywriting for website blog, social media and email campaigns
• Scanning, faxing, emailing, filing, organizing, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Work as part of a team, with a wide variety of tasks assigned to you
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager

Qualifications and Experience

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a marketing coordinator or similar supporting role
• A combination of experience and education will be taken into consideration

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency with tools such as various CRM Systems, Mailchimp (or equivalent email marketing software) with a strong knowledge of Windows OS (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology and project management tools (OneDrive, Dropbox)
• Experience using and reporting using Google Analytics
• Experience managing and adjusting Google Ads account based on KPI’s, recommending changes, and reporting on performance
• Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
• Commitment to continual professional development and growth
• Valid driver’s license
