About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to the legal team. You will be responsible for managing client files, preparing legal documents, coordinating court filings, and maintaining regular communication with clients.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in family law
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and documents
• Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Post-secondary education in paralegal studies or related field preferred
