Medical office assistant/Front desk

Greeting Patients/Clients - Incoming multi-line phone calls, in-person greeting

Responsible for Front Desk Support & Clerical support

Maintaining and developing a current and accurate filing in EMR system and file all correspondence

Responding to client, Insurance Adjuster, physician and staff inquiries

Act as a case manager for each client

Processing and handling Extended health care insurance

Responsible for treatment charges and invoices
