JOB TITLE: Locum Clinical Pharmacist (Injection & OAT Certified)

LOCATION: Northern Alberta (Rural/Remote Community)

DURATION: August 16, 2026 – January 29, 2027

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (NO Weekends!)

RATE: $100.00 per Hour (Guaranteed)

We are looking for a sharp, autonomous Pharmacist to take over a high-volume, fast-paced practice in a vibrant Northern Alberta community. This is not just a locum shift—it is a 5-month financial power-play that will supercharge your savings while giving you access to some of the most breathtaking wilderness in Canada.

The Golden Opportunity (The Math)

• Weekly Gross: $4,000 (40 hours).
• Total Contract Estimate: ~$88,000 - $92,000 for just 5 months of work.

The Role (What you’ll be doing)

You will be the lead pharmacist for a bustling dispensary averaging 300 prescriptions per day. We need someone who thrives under pressure and loves the clinical side.

• Injections (Inj-): You must be certified and comfortable administering immunizations, this is a high-demand community service.
• Experience with Methadone/Suboxone is mandatory. You will be managing and supporting patients on OAT programs daily.
• Autonomy: You'll have full support staff (Techs and Assistants), but you are the clinical decision-maker.

• Injection Certification (Active).

• Ability to handle high volume (300+ rx/day) with accuracy and speed.
• Must be available for the full term: August 16, 2026 – January 29, 2027 (no mid-contract vacations).
