Part-time Receptionist

Incline Physio is a physio clinic that aims to provide clients with an exceptional experience. The clinic is easily accessible with ample on-site parking. Our clinic fosters a positive work environment focusing on mentorship and collaboration.

We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team. The schedule will be as follows:

• Mondays from 4pm-8pm
• Saturdays from 9am-2pm

The anticipated start date is August 22, 2026.

Primary responsibilities include

• Ensuring efficient, professional, and organized operation of the clinic
• Greeting clients, staff, and visitors to the clinic in a professional and courteous manner
• Initiating, organizing, and maintaining patient files and assisting clients with scheduling appointments
• Performing administrative duties that include answering phone calls and emails, scanning/faxing documents, processing incoming and outgoing documents, uploading documents, processing payments, record keeping, managing incoming and outgoing referral processes, cleaning treatment areas and general tidying/cleaning of the clinic.
• Third Party, MVA, WCB, and Private billing and collection
• Maintain, protect, and comply with privacy and confidentiality for all clients and staff in accordance with the Health Information Act

The successful candidate will have the following requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Experience working in a physio clinic/medical office/health & wellness environment an asset
• Experience working with Jane app an asset
