About the Role

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support School Events planning and delivery.
• Maintain attendance, data entry, and accurate records in PowerSchool.
• Manage the infirmary with approachability and care.
• Provide administrative support to our Junior High School Principal and other departments.
• Contribute to a positive, welcoming environment for students, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support school operations and community goals.

What We're Recruiting For

• Advanced English literacy, both oral and written.
• Previous reception, events planning and administrative experience.
• A self-starter who thrives working independently with minimal supervision in a bustling setting
• Naturally warm, friendly, and approachable, especially with teenage students.
• Intermediate-level computer skills across multiple applications, with a creative and resourceful

approach to using them.

• Flexible and adaptable, able to shift between front-desk duties, departmental support, an

logistics tasks.
