Role Description The Pharmacy Licensee at Revive Pharmacy is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.

The licensee will supervise dispensing activities, verify prescriptions, review patient profiles, and provide counseling on medications, therapy adherence, and potential side effects. Day-to-day tasks include managing pharmacy staff, maintaining inventory and controlled substances records, implementing quality assurance processes, and addressing patient and prescriber inquiries.

The role involves ensuring accurate documentation, monitoring workflow efficiency, and supporting a safe, inclusive environment for patients and team members. The Pharmacy Licensee is expected to lead by example, promote best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement in clinical services and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong clinical pharmacy skills, including prescription verification, medication therapy management, and patient counseling.

• Candidates should possess regulatory and compliance skills, including knowledge of provincial pharmacy regulations, standards of practice, and controlled substances requirements.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear documentation, collaboration with healthcare providers, and professional interaction with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (or eligibility for licensure in Alberta)
• Demonstrated ability to use pharmacy management systems and related technologies effectively.
