Duties

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately execute projects
• Perform maintenance on boilers, mechanical equipment, and appliances to ensure efficient operation
• Utilize plumbing and welding skills for system connections and repairs as needed
• Diagnose issues using mechanical knowledge and troubleshoot complex HVAC problems efficiently
• Conduct inspections of systems and components to identify potential failures or safety hazards
• Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades to ensure seamless integration

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, boilers, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints
• Skilled in welding techniques for metal fabrication and repairs
• Mechanical experience with maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems
• Construction experience is a plus for installation projects
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex issues

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
