This gives consultants the opportunity to learn about multiple areas of business rather than being limited to one product or industry.

About the Role

As a Junior Technology and Marketing Consultant, you will gain hands-on experience working directly with Calgary business owners.

You will learn how different businesses operate, how they make purchasing decisions, how they attract and manage customers, and how technology can help them reduce costs, improve efficiency and support growth.

This is practical experience that can support a future career in sales, marketing, technology, business development, management or entrepreneurship.

What You’ll Do

• Build professional relationships with local business owners
• Learn about their operations, goals and current challenges
• Evaluate existing technology, marketing systems and business services
• Identify potential savings, improvements and growth opportunities
• Present suitable solutions through JJAZ and its provider relationships
• Coordinate quotes, applications and customer onboarding
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Introduce additional solutions as clients’ needs evolve
• Build and manage your own portfolio of business customers
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
