Role Description

The Business Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, responsible for driving business wireless solutions and services for corporate and commercial clients. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, presenting tailored wireless and telecom solutions, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting through closing.

The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with business customers, providing consultative guidance on mobile voice, data, and telecom offerings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.

The Business Sales Consultant also monitors market trends, prepares proposals and quotes, maintains accurate CRM records, and works toward monthly and quarterly sales targets while representing Imagine Wireless in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and New Business Development skills, with proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close business accounts.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing presentation abilities.
• Candidates should possess Business acumen, with the ability to understand client operations, identify opportunities, and recommend suitable wireless and telecom solutions.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including experience using networking, referrals, and digital tools to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Relevant qualifications include prior B2B sales experience, preferably in wireless, telecom, or technology solutions; strong negotiation and relationship-management skills; and experience using CRM platforms.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include a post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a valid driver’s license for client visits; and the ability to work independently while meeting performance targets.
