Intermediate Change Management Consultant

Join Amanda & Amber Business Consulting as an Intermediate Change Management Consultant, focusing on HR transformation remotely. Utilize your skills to lead projects, assess impacts, and drive client success. This remote role prioritizes candidates from Calgary due to occasional in-person meetings.

You'll bring 2-5 years of change management or HR experience, facilitating workshops and managing projects that enable organizational transformation. Your expertise in methodologies like Prosci or ADKAR will be critical as you guide clients through major HR changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams within transformation projects
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions with clients
• Manage smaller transformation projects end-to-end
• Design tailored communication strategies for various audiences

Requirements

• 2-5 years of change management or HR experience
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Commitment of 15-20 hours per week
