Brand & Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and creative Brand & Digital Marketing Executive to joinour team and oversee Ibn Sina Pharmacy's digital presence. The successful candidatewill serve as the key liaison between our internal teams and our external marketingagency, ensuring that all digital campaigns, branding, social media activities andcustomer engagement initiatives align with the company's objectives.

This rolecombines brand management, digital marketing, project coordination and performanceanalysis to strengthen Ibn Sina Pharmacy's online presence and customer engagementacross all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between Ibn Sina Pharmacy and the externalmarketing agency.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns acrosssocial media, email and other digital channels.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars in collaboration with theexternal agency.
• Review, edit and approve social media content, marketing materials and digitalcampaigns before publication.
• Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the company's brandidentity, tone of voice and business objectives.
• Manage and oversee the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook,LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, comments and direct messages in atimely and professional manner in both English and Arabic.
• Work closely with Retail, IT, Operations, Procurement and Management to planpromotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives and product launches.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, brand partnerships and promotionalactivities.
• Monitor website content and support digital initiatives, including e-commerceand online marketplace platforms.
• Track, analyse and report on digital marketing performance, providing insightsand recommendations to improve engagement, reach and campaigneffectiveness.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and emerging digitalmarketing opportunities.
• Support the development of new marketing initiatives to strengthen brandawareness and customer engagement.
