Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, aligning the people strategy with business growth, operational expansion, and long-term organizational goals.

This includes leading the HR function, talent acquisition, and development, and ensuring that the company's values are embedded in all aspects of the employee experience. The CHRO will also be responsible for fostering a culture of sustainability, well-being, and capacity management, and will oversee all HR systems, including compliance and risk management.

Candidates for the CHRO position at the company should have a proven track record in leading HR in a high-growth, operationally complex environment. Basic qualifications include experience in talent strategy, compensation, benefits, learning, compliance, and HR systems, as well as a Bachelor's degree.
