The National Arts Centre (NAC) is Canada's bilingual, multi-disciplinary home for the performing arts. The NAC presents, creates, produces, and co-produces performing arts programming in various streams-the NAC Orchestra, Dance, English Theatre, French Theatre, Indigenous Theatre, and Popular Music and Variety-and nurtures the next generation of audiences and artists from across Canada.
The NAC is located in the National Capital Region on the unceded territory of the Anishinabe Algonquin Nation.

Manager, Talent Acquisition
Key Activities
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities for a diverse portfolio of unionized and non-unionized roles.
This highly hands-on role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Working closely with their assigned client groups and hiring managers, the incumbent leads recruitment activities from intake to onboarding, applying relevant People and Culture policies, procedures and collective agreement provisions, as applicable. The role requires consistent follow-through, clear communication, and the ability to adapt recruitment approaches to different operational needs.
The incumbent also uses recruitment technologies and available data to track progress, support decision-making, and contribute to efficient, consistent, inclusive and equitable hiring practices.
