Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Estimator who can meet with homeowners and commercial clients, assess project requirements, prepare accurate estimates, and confidently close sales. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and knowledgeable in construction, foundation repair, waterproofing, or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients on-site to assess project needs.
• Inspect foundation, waterproofing, structural, and concrete repair projects.
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and proposals.
• Explain repair options and answer customer questions.
• Build trust with clients and close sales professionally.
• Follow up on quotes and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with office staff and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
• Maintain detailed records using our CRM and estimating software.
• Stay current on company services, pricing, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction sales and estimating.
• Experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, structural repair, or a related trade is considered a strong asset.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand project specifications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and estimating software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
