Concrete Restoration Working Foreman

We're looking for an experienced Concrete Restoration Working Foreman who knows the difference between a good repair and a future warranty claim. Someone who can lead a crew, solve problems before coffee break, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading a skilled restoration crew on commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects.
• Rolling up your sleeves and working alongside your team.
• Coordinating daily work and keeping projects moving.
• Reading drawings without pretending to.
• Making sure repairs are built to last—not just until the consultant leaves.
• Keeping safety front and centre.
• Working with project managers, consultants, and clients to deliver quality work.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of concrete restoration experience.
• Experience leading crews and earning their respect.
• Knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing, coatings, reinforcing, and restoration methods.
• The ability to think ahead instead of just reacting.
• A valid driver's licence.
• Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain).
