We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer who thrives on challenges, collaboration, and innovation. Led by April Waddell, P. Eng., Project Director - Electrical, a seasoned leader with 18 years of technical expertise, known for her approachable leadership and technical depth, you’ll be joining a tight-knit team that values mutual support, open communication, and the satisfaction of seeing designs come to life.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the design, analysis, and verification of electrical systems for building projects
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and clients to develop tailored, practical solutions
• Conduct site surveys and assess existing installations to develop optimized system upgrades
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications with accuracy and professionalism
• Support construction supervision and field coordination to ensure design intent is achieved
• Participate in budget estimation and cost analysis for electrical scopes

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Member of the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in building electrical systems
• Eligibility to get government Security Clearance
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, but English-only candidates are welcome
• Versatility, autonomy, good communication skills

Salary range

$110,00 – $145,975 per year, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, scope of the role and geographic location.
