Lybroco is creating a centralized marketing and business growth company to support a growing group of businesses operating in equipment rentals, fuel services, industrial services, and future acquisitions.

We are looking for an experienced executive who wants more than a traditional marketing role. This position offers the opportunity to design, build, and lead an entire marketing function from the ground up while working directly with ownership to influence the long-term growth of multiple companies.

Initially, the role will focus on establishing marketing systems, strengthening customer acquisition, improving brand positioning, and developing scalable processes that support future expansion. As the organization grows, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to recruit additional staff, lead external specialists, and build a full-service internal marketing department.

What You'll Do

• Develop long-term marketing and growth strategies.
• Build and implement marketing systems and processes.
• Lead customer acquisition initiatives across multiple businesses.
• Oversee websites, digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
• Manage branding and communications.
• Develop sales collateral, proposals, and presentations.
• Analyze markets, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate external agencies, designers, and contractors.
• Establish performance metrics and marketing reporting.
• Help evaluate marketing requirements for future business acquisitions.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have significant senior leadership experience in marketing, communications, or business development and enjoy building organizations rather than simply maintaining them.

Qualifications include

• Executive-level marketing leadership experience.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Experience leading digital marketing initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and external service providers.
• MBA or equivalent executive education is considered an asset.

Experience in industrial, construction, commercial, equipment rental, energy, or business-to-business markets would be advantageous.

Growth Opportunity

This position is intentionally designed as a long-term leadership role.

During the establishment phase, hours are expected to range from approximately 10 to 35 hours per week. As Lybroco Marketing Group expands its responsibilities across affiliated businesses and future acquisitions, the role is expected to grow into a full-time executive leadership position with responsibility for building and managing a dedicated marketing team.
