Do you enjoy solving complex problems with research and data? Are you looking for an opportunity to support collective bargaining and organizational strategy? If so, HSAA is seeking a Research & Policy Analyst to join our Health Economics team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Health Economics, you will conduct workforce, labour market, compensation, and health system research that supports collective bargaining, organizational planning, advocacy, and evidence-based decision-making.
Working closely with Labour Relations Officers, bargaining teams, and leadership, you will provide research and analysis that informs bargaining strategies and organizational priorities.
You are a curious and analytical professional who enjoys solving complex problems, interpreting data, and turning research into practical insights. You communicate complex information clearly, exercise sound judgment when working with confidential information, and thrive in collaborative environments where your work supports collective bargaining and organizational decision-making.
Competitive Compensation: Between $60.10 and $80.45
